I am most excited about Halo 2. The original game is a graphical + AI masterpiece, with one of the best story lines ever in a game. The original Halo was beautiful, especially on the Silent Cartographer level. Halo 2 will be even better, and with Xbox Live, It's going to beat the rest of the FPS brains out in my opinion.
