There should be a international time when everyone goes on this site so everyone can talk.what do you guys think about it.

I think that is a great idea.... in theory. What with everyone's work schedules, time with family and offline friends... it may be almost impossible. We also have members overseas and getting all the times coordinated would be pretty tough.
I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm just saying that the undertaking would be bigger than what you might think.
I can let everyone know when I'll be available most of the time:
I'm Central Standard Time in the US. I usually log in about 3:30pm most weekdays, and am on for an hour or so. Then my time ranges the rest of the evening. My SO is taking classes online, so she has priority as far as computer time since what she is doing is actually important.

I'll throw in that if we find some times that we can all be online and available we should look into setting up a chat, either by IM or IRC.
knowing the other people your posting with are online is nice, but to a pre requisite on a message board. I'm in and out of here all day and very rarely do I see another one of us online. I very seldom stay longer to read what might interest me and, rarely, make a post, then I'm gone, waiting until my next time around to see if there is a reply.
I'm available randomly. There is a schedule to my online time, but it is too complicated to explain.
most evenings Eastern Standard, cept mondays, thursdays and some fridays, most days except tuesdays, wednsdays and some fridays. most times (til about 2 AM not preceeding the days I can't be on.)

Here in UK we're 8 hours ahead of West coast USA and 5 hours ahead of east coast USA. So if any of you Americans only had access in the evening we'd probably be going to bed or already asleep. In fact as Im posting in the morning right now you are probably all still having a nice sleep.

Mmmm..... I'm UK time too, but I only have access late at night, cause I live in University Halls of Residence, and its too busy to plug in during the day

I'm U.S. Eastern time, myself. I check in and out all day during work (9-6). However, I get home so late, now, that you'll never catch me online in the evenings. (It's a good, long drive home....)

I am online quite a bit on the weekends though. I forgot to mention that.
Not a set schedule, but much more likely to catch me here on the weekend... unless I go out of town. Heh.
