That is a really tough question. I think that people go through a whole lot of different stages in life, and trying to pick only ten songs to describe or fit in with your whole life is... difficult. I have done some thinking, and have come up with a few. As I think of more I will post them.
"Come Feel (The Reaper)" by BOC
"Hella Good" by No Doubt
"Call of Kthulu" by Metallica
"Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica
"Hallelujah" as performed by the London Philharmonic
"Kanon" by Pachelbel
"Like a Bridge (Over Troubled Water)" by Simon and Garfunkel
"Piano Man" by Billy Joel
As I think of more I will post them.... I'm very eclectic.

You know, I'd be interested in hearing why you chose some of the music you did. Now, I know that some of the songs may pertain to very personal things that you'd rather not shre, and that's fine. I'm just asking about the not-so-personal things.
For instance, I chose "Godzilla" to reflect 2 aspects of myself.
1. I am a huge fan of the old, Japanese monster flicks. Godzilla, Gamora, Mothra, Rodan....love 'em all. If one is on, you better believe I'm settling in with a big bowl of popcorn to watch.
2. It's sort of a comic reflection of myself first thing in the AM when I wake up. I'm cranky, I have morning breath that will strip paint off the walls, my hair sticks out like some sort of odd, defensive plating....it's scary, I tell you! I'm also quite clumsy when I first wake. So, I end up dragging myself out of bed and stumbling around in the dark because I don't want to turn on the lights and wake the hubby. However, that's a futile effort since I run into everything imaginable, knocking stuff over and cursing loudly, which inevitably wakes him up.
"Oh, no! There goes Tokyo....Go, go, Godzilla!"

Yeah that would be cool... Well here we go...
1. London After Midnight: Your Best Nightmar: A great goth song which signifies who I am at night even though its about lust and sex and a girl dieing it still represents a part of me wanting to come out.
2. The Cult: Nico: Well the song was for Nico from The Velvet Underground but the song goes along with who I am as well.
3. The Cure: Love Song: First Cure song I heard... First song that got me into the 80s.
4. The Cult: American gothic: American gothic is a song that shows who I am... The song shows what people think of me because I am "gothic" and pagan. It kind of makes me cry.
5. VNV Nation: Beloved: Me and my ex b/fs song from when we broke up... Its like a break song saying I still love you but it will never be... We are still very close.
6. Danzig: Dust to Dust: A song that represence my metal punk side plus it refrence to vampires.
7. Type O Negative: Love you to Dealth: Me and my current boy friend song.
8. Type O Negative: Black # 1: This song cracks me up because it shows who I was in the past. Its about a girl who wants a gothic dead guy.... And the guy is in love with her but is laughing at her at the same time. Reminds me of what I was when I was 13.
9. Pat Benatar: Love is a Battlefield: Well I had to put this song up since I dated so many jerks.
10. Bon Jovi: Its my Life: To my parents bascly for saying "Its my life" even though they have nothing to fear from me... They can trust me.
