I was an avid fan of the TV series Twin Peaks.  I was sorting through some stacks of CD's (my CD rack overfloweth) and came across my copy of the Twin Peaks soundtrack and played it for the first time in a coouple of years.  I was sorta curious if the music would stand up over time or be kinda dated. Well I wasn't disappointed, it's still as neat, weird and strange as I remembered it.  This is one of those CD's I can just set to play all the way through because all the music is listenable.

I don't think it is in print anymore but if you liked the series and can findd a copy of the soundtrack you will probably enjoy it.

I love Twin Peaks and I love the soundtrack.  Spooky Jazz, what could be better.  In fact I love David Lynch....his cameo is one of my favourite things in Twin Peaks.  So funny.
I always wanted to be Audrey when she puts Jazz on the Juke Box in the Cafe and dances along to it.

Have you read Laura's diary? (written by Lynch's wife?daughter?)
I did as I watched the series, it helped clear a lot up but also raised new questions.

Oh yes, Audrey.  *sigh*   We liked Audrey. :D  The whole darn town was just facinating.  Every character had a back story.  I was upset when they canceled it so abruptly.

I did like Lynch's appearences it was brilliant.  I'm going to have to pick up a copy of the diary - I thought it was just a gimmick but it would be nice to have.
