Shadow of a Dark Queen (ebook edition)is the first of a 4 part series of fantasy books from Raymond Feist.
I won't say it is as good as his earlier Riftwar Saga which I read 20 years ago, but it is an enjoyable book where so many being published are dreck. If you are new to Feist I recommend starting with the Riftwar Saga then move on to his other works.
I'm going plunge on and read the next two books in this series. Has anyone read Feist?

I think I tried the first book that Fiest had published and didn't care for it. I've heard others say he got much better so perhaps I need to give him another try.
