Bwahahaha! I bet Shatner and Nimoy both wish they could take back that decision or destroy all copies forver.

I don't know. I'm rather glad that Nimoy did the Bilbo song. I've gotten many, many moments of hilarity out of that. Even better, though, is the video for the Bilbo song. It was recorded back in the '60's or 70's (not sure which), so it's chock full of fake-Vulcan-ear-wearing women dancing around Nimoy. Or, at least, I assume it's dancing. Looks a bit more like they've gotten into the bad 'shrooms than anything else.
The website I had bookmarked to that is down. I'll have to do a search and see if I can find it somewhere else. You really, really need to see the video.

You know, over the years I have had more than my share of embarrassing moments but, absolutely nothing I've ever done is as bad as this music video. And, i draw some comfort from that.

I was first introduced to the Bil bo baggins song and video on a TV show about Star Trek actors. It also contained William Shatner Singing.....(hmm)...some songs like Rocket Man. Very very bad.
