I need some help form you Windows users, testing something that won't work on my Mac computer.
If you will go to http://shadowdark.org/ , scroll down and click on the "Listen to Virgin Radio" link, then tell me if it works or what happens.
I think it is supposed to let you listen to Virgin Radio but I can't test it on the Mac. I'm experimenting to see if I will use this on some of my other sites. ;)
If you do test it let me know if it works or is lame and what browser you were using.
Thanks I appreciate it!

I'm using Windows 98SE with the browser that comes with it (Netscape?) and get nothing but one "error on page" message after another. Never got a sound of any type. Went to the radio station in my links, and it came through normally with K-Rock. don't have any idea how it works, or whether the problem's here or there.

I gave it a try here at work using IE 6.0, but it seems that I can't connect. I don't get any error pages, it just never actually connects to the site. It may be because of security here at the office. I'll give it another shot from home.
I'm kind of disappointed that it didn't work. It would've been nice to have had some music to listen to while I do this utterly, completely, mind-numbingly tedious work. *blah*

Thanks for trying that. I tried on my old Windows laptop without success.
I'll probably remove it since it does not seem to work well.
I have no real reason for putting on the site other than what Ari mentioned, for those at work to listen too. I enjoy it most of the time and I thought others might also. I posted a thread on Virgin Radio that tells a bit about it.
