After having enjoyed Ringu, the Japanese original version of "The Ring," I decided to try another Japanese flick called "The Eye." The upshot is that a woman has a cornea transplant to allow her to see, but in addition to what is really there she now sees "other" things as well and has to find out why. It's Japanese subtitled but is not a bad movie. There are a few scary or freaky moments, though the ending is not nearly as powerful as Ringu.
