Happy Winter-een-mas!

I'm sure you are asking what, in the name of all that is semi-sane and only mildly irritating, is Winter-een-mas. So, here's a quick quote from the website to explain.

Quote
Winter-een-mas is a holiday of sorts. More specifically, it is a celebration of video games and the people that play them. Video games allow us to do things, go places, see stuff, that we couldn't do in real life. They can be an escape from reality, a release after a long day, a fun activity with friends, or just an enjoyable way to pass time. They give us a lot of entertainment. So why shouldn't they be celebrated?

The entire month of January is Winter-een-mas season, just as December is the Christmas season. However, the entire holiday falls on the last week of January.

So, how does one go about celebrating this wonderful. completely made-up holiday? Why, by playing games! Be nice to you fellow gamers in MMOs, set up LAN parties with your friends...eat, drink, be merry and game. :D

Hehe! I'm just lucky that Runt and I play together, so it's not a big deal, for us. We've been doing a lot of duoing in World of Warcraft, lately.

Tried to play Halo 2 as a two-player, but I just cannot do simultaneous walking and looking.  My characters end up in corners looking at the floor and I'm shouting at the screen "Why wont you go where I want you to...No that's the ceiling...arggh just look straight ahead you $%£*"

I've never played Halo 2. Does that put you in first person perspective? Because, egads, I stink at any game where I'm stuck in first person. I end up all over the place, trying to keep track of where I am, where my team mates are, and where the enemy is.

I'm not very good at first person either.  Well actually I stink at it.
