Does anyone have any experience with Geocities? I have a little site I put together using Netscape Composer but when I upload it with Geocities online uploader it puts this at the bottom of the index page

It was putting that on the bottom of all pages but I uploaded them using a different browser and it went away on all but the index page. Anyone know what causes this at Geocities?
