We've all had those games where someone says something that catches you completely off guard and you find yourself laughing hysterically for at least 10 minutes before you can get back around to the game. What are some of yours?

Tonight's game had a doozy:

Well there isn't much I can say about it except the fact that it was a sound effect added to a replica of an image of a dead girl in The Ring.

We saw it today, and I couldn't think of that image without hearing (and saying) that sound effect.

And the effect wasn't even in the movie.

As for my favorite random gaming line, it was one of my own:

To a ranger (PC, but not in the group yet, 1st level) who had helped a thief take advantage of the party and was siding with her. I was playing a desert nomad fighter who didn't like other environments.

"You don't have any say in this, you woodland freak."

Maybe you had to be there.

What?! *grins*

Man, that sound had me rolling! I had my tummy muscles hurting and tears in my eyes after that one! It was almost as good as,

"Way to go, little buddy!" *two thumbs up*



And yeah, "woodland freak" was great!

Another great one was the sound effect accompanying the "antler look".... NNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!

Too hard to explain to those of you not involved.
