Demon Stone - by Arislyn on 00:10 16 Apr 2004
The folks at Gamespy are taking a look at the newest D&D based hack-n'-slash for the PS2, Demon Stone. It looks like it could be quite good. Instead of the usual Sword Coast or Dalelands settings that most of the CRPG people have gotten used to, this game will take place in Vaasa, a land far inland and to the east of those familiar territories. So, it should offer up some new artifacts and critters for people to smash. They also called in R.A. Salvatore for help in design and creation. I never cared for Salvatore's books much myself, but there is no questioning his knowledge of the Forgotten Realms settings.
